An American family man, Jack, discovers that he has had another child with an old acquaintance during a trip to Italy. So Jack is forced to leave for Italy. His journey will not only be a way to build a relationship with his twenty-year-old son, but also an opportunity to rediscover himself through his greatest passion: Italian way of life and wine, an essential co-protagonist of this story.

Borderwine is a sentimental, touching comedy, able to tell, with irony, absolutely ordinary people who lose their certainties intimes of difficulty but strive to find a new balance.
